Day 21 - Procedure Day... Always a good day. The DSM

I decided the best therapy for me would be a cardio session. So, at 8:00AM I had the ward boys unlock the physical therapy room and I jumped on the bike. Last night I was the last one to leave the workout room and today, Friday, I'm the first to enter. I know the Indians think I'm crazy, but what do I care... I want results. How do you get results? You work hard, you work daily and you work often... even when you don't feel like it, even on your birthday. Then you rest in order to recover. An hour on the bike and 300 calories burned later, I was upstairs in my room taking a shower. My mind on the procedure, I was setting intentions for what will be.
